Restore a purchase
Open Fitness Forge, go to Account, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally started the subscription.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Fitness Forge to view, change, or cancel the subscription.
Reset local data
Open Progress and choose Reset local data. This clears plans, logs, notes, custom exercises, and local profile details stored on the device.
Exercise guides
Open an exercise in the Library and use Video guide. The guide opens the specific third-party movement page associated with that exercise.
